ZOOM's Acceleration Training Program focuses on increasing the forward running speed of each athlete through specific treadmill training protocols that develop and reinforce proper running mechanics and running posture, as well as a variety of ground base drills and strength training exercises. Special attention is given to athlete development and appropriate progression.

ZOOM's Functional Performance Training provides customized physical conditioning programs that are designed to help athletes achieve their overall athletic performance goals. Training includes numerous modalities and protocols designed to enhance balance, core strength, muscular endurance and cardiovascular conditioning. Training is tailored to the individual, as well as sport specific.

Plyometrics is an important part of ZOOM's Sports Performance Training Programs. Foot speed, agility, coordination, balance and explosive strength is all enhanced and developed through various plyometric programs and exercises each athlete completes.
