The ZOOM Hockey Training Program is an innovative, scientifically designed training program that utilizes the only hockey treadmill in the world and features a unique ice-like surface that tilts from zero to 32 percent elevation and runs at speeds over 16 mph. The ZOOM hockey training program helps players increase their shooting speed, puck handling ability, skating speed, power, endurance and maneuverability. ZOOM is located in the Dr Pepper Stars Center, home to the Dallas Stars of the NHL, and is at the epic center of hockey in the Southwest.

Hockey athletes from age 9 to the professional leagues have trained on ZOOM's hockey skating treadmill. Athletes have seen an increase in their puck handling ability, skating speed, power and maneuverability.

ZOOM's hockey dry-land training program is a comprehensive program that utilizes the skating treadmill, plyometrics specifically for hockey athletes and functional strength training exercises to develop explosive power on the ice.

In-season and off-season programs can be developed to enhance each athlete's hockey performance. Attention is placed on the individual development and goals of each athlete.

Team training programs and packages are available and can be tailored to the needs of the player and/or team. Our team training programs are designed to enhance the on-ice skills and conditioning of each individual player, while allowing the coaching staff to better utilize their on-ice time more effectively.
